Our onsite crews help walk your projects through permitting, groundbreaking, and final finishes. Our goal is to communicate with you each step of the way, be mindful of your budget and schedule, and turn over a constructed project to you to facilitate the success of your business

OUR STORY
Before there was Landmark, there was Facility Care Services started in 2001 by Nathan Robinson and an amazing mentor, Dan Brady. We wanted to be the contractor whom facility owners would call whenever a construction-related facility problem arose. After moving to the Raleigh NC region in 2007, Nathan started "Landmark Management Partners" to assist real estate property managers.
From a few referrals, and obtaining an unlimited general contractor's license he began developing long-term relationships with commercial property managers by completing small high-quality upfits and office modifications. This led to larger more complex projects and a step-by-step solid background in new construction, completion of Class A interior office spaces with all the associated logistics, and supporting owners with ongoing common area and tenant facility needs

Nathan's background started as a consulting engineer for seven years, and included lots of construction admin for industrial and institutional organizations, design engineering, and facility management. This way of thinking provides Landmark's customers the benefit of an engineer's perspective toward good and practical ideas, shortens the design phase, and ensures plans are constructable and cost effective.
