OUR STORY

Landmark Design Build was started in 2008 as "Landmark Management Partners" to serve commercial building owners and property managers, by building Class A interior office spaces and managing their facilities. As we built-out amazing interior office spaces for tenants, we were asked to construct semi-custom personal homes by executives for whom we worked.

While we continued the rapid completion of commercial office upfits and tenant occupancy, we also formed a parallel residential division known as Landmark Design Build to better communicate the construction component of our business.  This division has custom construction processes and subcontractor teams to cater to the residential market.

Our background is in construction admin, consulting engineering & facility management. You get the benefit of an engineer's way of thinking that shortens the design phase and ensures plans are constructable and cost effective.  We currently have long-term relationships with commercial building owners with a constant flow of tenant upfits.

We will provide cost estimates, discuss schedule constraints, & work within your budget.

Pricing & Design finalizing

We will finalize your design, choose finishes, and create construction drawings.
